A safe space to tune into your mind, body, and feelings.

We at Active Plus Inc. understand the importance of providing a safe and comfortable learning environment for both teachers and students. We believe that reducing pain and discomfort in the classroom can lead to increased productivity and improve overall health and wellness.

We offer educational resources and workshops to help teachers and students learn about posture, ergonomics, and other ways to prevent pain and injuries in the classroom. By promoting a culture of wellness, we can create a healthier and more productive learning environment for everyone.

Benefits:

  • Provide teachers with practical strategies to incorporate exercise into their classroom routines.

  • Develop teachers' skills in leading and facilitating physical activity sessions with their students.

  • Enhance teachers' understanding of the benefits of physical activity for student health and academic performance.

The proposed professional development session aims to support school teachers in their efforts to promote healthy lifestyles and physical activity among their students. By providing teachers with practical strategies for incorporating exercise into their classroom routines, the session aims to improve student health and academic performance, and create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Fit + Fuel

After-school Fit+Fuel program is designed for youth and will primarily focus on strength and conditioning, as well as nutrition and cooking. The program aims to promote healthy habits and physical activity among students by offering structured exercise classes and teaching them how to prepare nutritious meals.

The strength and conditioning component includes activities such as weightlifting, cardio exercises, and circuit training, while the nutrition and cooking segment teaches children about healthy food choices, cooking techniques, and meal planning. By providing a fun and supportive environment, this after-school program seeks to instill healthy habits in children that they can carry with them throughout their lives.
